In order to submit to the journal please ensure several things.  First that you have proofread your paper several times to look for any grammatical or factual mistakes.  Second that all references used are included in the bibliography.  Third that all of the people who had a part in writing the paper are listed.  Once these things are completed you are ready to submit your paper.  All that you need to do is make sure that you have three printed copies of it and an electronic copy.  Any format of electronic copy is acceptable we can read just about anything.  All graphics or pictures used in the paper must be included on the disk.  Once all of these things are complete please mail your paper along with a cover letter including a person to contact about the possible publication in with all the other items being submitted.  Mail these items to:

Your work will be looked at as quickly as possible and if accepted for publication should be out no later than six months after it is received!!!
